Job Summary

The In-House Recruiter owns full-cycle recruiting for assigned departments, partnering directly with hiring managers to source, screen, and close qualified candidates. This role is measured on time-to-fill, quality of hire, and the candidate experience delivered from first outreach through offer acceptance — building the company's internal talent pipeline rather than working contingent agency searches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions including intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and close
  • Partner with hiring managers to build role scorecards and interview plans, and coach interview panels on structured, compliant interviewing
  • Source active and passive candidates through the ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals, and targeted outreach
  • Screen resumes and conduct phone/video interviews to assess qualifications, motivation, and culture fit
  • Own candidate communication and experience throughout the process, keeping candidates informed at every stage
  • Track and report recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, source of hire, and pipeline conversion to leadership
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date requisition and candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) - Bamboo HR
  • Support employer branding efforts, including job postings, career page content
  • Ensure recruiting practices comply with EEO, ADA, and applicable state/local hiring laws, including pay transparency requirements
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience: 2–5 years of full-cycle, in-house or agency recruiting experience
  • Core Skills: Proficiency with an ATS and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter; strong stakeholder management and consultative partnering with hiring managers; clear written and verbal communication
  • Other: Working knowledge of EEO and basic employment-law fundamentals as they apply to hiring; authorization to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior in-house (corporate) recruiting experience, rather than agency-only background
  • Experience recruiting in healthcare or health-tech
  • Experience building or improving structured interview processes and scorecards
  • Has been the first or only recruiter at a company under ~100 people

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay Range: $70,000 – $95,000 annually — actual offer depends on experience
  • Bonus eligible
  • Benefits: Medical/dental/vision, 401(k) match, PTO and holidays, parental leave
