Reporting to the AVP Talent Acquisition & Experience, the Talent Attraction and Employer Brand Specialist plays a key role in attracting, engaging, and retaining top talent by promoting the Credit Union’s culture, values, and team member experience. This position drives employer brand visibility, oversees talent engagement strategies, and supports recruitment marketing initiatives to position the Credit Union as an employer of choice within the financial services industry and local communities.
Responsible for supporting the execution of Nuvision's Employer Value Proposition (EVP), employer branding strategy, talent marketing campaigns, recruitment communications, community partnerships, social recruiting strategies, and candidate engagement initiatives across all talent segments.
Responsible for recruitment marketing, employer branding, candidate engagement, workforce flexibility initiatives, and administration of the Credit Union's Telecommuting Program.

Responsibilities:Employer Branding & Marketing

  • Support the implementation and execution of the organization’s Employee Value Proposition and employer branding strategies that align with the Credit Union’s mission, culture, and strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to maintain the Credit Union’s presence across social media and digital platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to highlight employee stories, community impact, and workplace culture.
  • Partner with the Marketing department to ensure consistency between internal and external brand messaging.
  • Design and manage recruitment campaigns, digital ads, and job-related content to enhance visibility and attract diverse candidate pools.
  • Monitor and maintain the Credit Union’s LinkedIn Careers Page. Collaborate with Recruiters to ensure that job postings and recruitment content reflect current openings, messaging, and hiring priorities.
  • Promote internal career opportunities and employee success stories.

Track and analyze engagement metrics, providing recommendations to the AVP Talent Acquisition & Experience and Recruiters for improved candidate targeting.

Talent Engagement & Community Outreach

  • Coordinate and represent the Credit Union at job fairs, community events, and networking functions to promote employment opportunities and brand awareness.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with universities, colleges, and workforce development organizations to strengthen talent pipelines. Occasional Travel Required.
  • Support Recruiters in proactive outreach by identifying potential candidates from online talent communities, professional groups, and social networks.
  • Develop and manage employee ambassador or referral programs to promote internal advocacy and community engagement.
  • Evaluate emerging digital recruiting tools, social engagement technology, AI-enabled talent marketing tools, and automation opportunities.

Telecommuting Program Administration & Workforce Flexibility

  • Serve as primary administrator and program owner for Nuvision's Telecommuting Program. Manage telecommuting applications, documentation, workflow coordination, program communications, and employee resources.
  • Partner with managers and People Services to ensure consistent administration and application of telecommuting practices across the organization.
  • Monitor employee participation, geographic workforce distribution, program trends, and utilization metrics.
  • Partner with Learning and Development to develop resources, FAQs, communication campaigns, and manager toolkits related to telecommuting and workforce flexibility.
  • Support the integration of telecommuting practices into Nuvision's employer brand, employee value proposition (EVP), candidate experience, and talent attraction strategy.

Content Creation & Analytics

  • Create visually engaging and brand-aligned content for recruiting campaigns, including graphics, flyers, videos, team member testimonials, and career highlights.
  • Partner with Marketing to feature “day-in-the-life” stories, career journeys, and team spotlights to attract candidates authentically.
  • Analyze and report on social media engagement, campaign performance, and sourcing effectiveness to guide continuous improvement.
  • Research trends in recruitment marketing, digital branding, and candidate engagement to propose innovative strategies.

Internal Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Work closely with Recruiters to support their outreach efforts, sharing social media leads and engagement insights to optimize sourcing strategies.
  • Collaborate with PS and Marketing teams to align employer brand initiatives with broader organizational culture and member-focused messaging.
  • Participate in regular Talent Acquisition meetings to share updates on branding activities, community partnerships, and campaign results.
  • Contribute to the improvement of the applicant experience through creative communication and user-friendly digital content.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition marketing, employer branding, or social media management in mid-to-large organization (preferably in financial services or member-based organizations).
  • Experience managing Talent programs.
  • Experience with multi-state high volume recruitment.
  • Experience collaborating with third party vendors/agencies
  • Strong understanding of recruitment marketing tools, social media platforms, and content creation best practices.
  • Solid understanding of Talent Attraction strategy, Employer Branding, Candidate Experience, Digital Marketing Analytics and Employee Value Proposition development
  • Creative mindset with experience using design and content platforms (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
  • Collaborative and proactive approach to cross-departmental partnerships.
  • Strong knowledge of talent acquisition and retention strategies, recruiting tools, and ATS systems.
  • Understanding of state (multi-state) and federal employment/labor laws and statutes, including but not limited to FLSA, FMLA, ADA, Title VII, and other DOL regulations as well as HR policies, practices and principles
  • Understanding of Affirmative Action, EEOC, Titles VII & IX DOL
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail and timelines.
  • Must be able to coordinate, manage and guide multiple priorities and projects simultaneously and effectively through project completion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling brand stories.
  • Analytical mindset to assess and interpret data and metrics to provide insights.
  • Proven ability to build effective relationships across the organization with team members, leadership and other external partners.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
  • Occasional Travel Required

  • Experience working in Financial Institution.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or related field; equivalent work experience may be considered.

  • Arizona: Min $30.11 - Mid $37.64 - Max $45.17
  • Nevada: Min $30.81 - Mid $38.52 - Max $46.22
  • Texas: Min $29.56 - Mid $36.95 - Max $44.34
  • Wyoming: Min $30.25 - Mid $37.82 - Max $45.38

The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
