If you’re an experienced recruiter who loves variety, flexibility, and consultative partnership, this role was built for you. You’ll provide full-cycle recruiting support for multiple client companies, with assignments that vary in duration and hours—and can typically be completed virtually.

What you’ll do
- Partner with hiring managers/HR/senior leaders to deliver full life-cycle recruiting
- Build recruiting strategies (target market, job requirements, comp/benefits considerations, success factors)
- Source talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other social platforms
- Create and place job postings
- Screen resumes, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews
- Meet with engaged clients weekly for updates and additional needs
- Use consultative, relationship-based conversations to secure new recruiting assignments from existing clients

Assignments are based on client needs—hours and schedule are not guaranteed (great fit for someone who wants flexible, project-based work).

Requirements
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of professional recruiting/talent acquisition experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, ATS tools, Indeed, and LinkedIn
- Excellent communication + strong organization, time management, and attention to detail
- Resides in North Carolina or South Carolina, preferably in the Charlotte Metro area
