Position Summary
The Life Insurance Recruiter will identify, recruit, screen, interview, and onboard talented individuals interested in building careers in life insurance and/or financial services.
Responsibilities
- Recruit licensed life insurance agents throughout Ohio.
- Recruit individuals interested in becoming licensed.
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Facebook, and networking events.
- Conduct in-person, phone and Zoom interviews.
- Schedule candidates for licensing classes and onboarding.
- Coordinate orientation and training.
- Maintain a recruiting database and applicant tracking system.
- Attend career fairs and networking events.
- Build relationships with colleges, churches, military veterans, and community organizations.
- Work closely with agency leadership to meet monthly recruiting goals.
