We are seeking an experienced Lead Recruiter to support a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting operation. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for coaching and supporting 4–8 recruiters while managing an individual full-cycle recruiting workload.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and support a team of 4–8 recruiters.
- Monitor recruiting pipelines, productivity, workloads, and hiring goals.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and priorities.
- Develop sourcing strategies for high-volume positions.
- Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and extend offers.
- Track recruiting metrics, including interviews, offers, hires, and time-to-fill.
- Ensure consistent ATS usage and identify opportunities to improve recruiting efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ years of recruiting/talent acquisition experience , preferably high-volume
- Previous experience leading, coaching, or mentoring recruiters
- Strong full-cycle recruiting and sourcing experience
- Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency; HRIS experience preferred
