Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Hospice Home Health Aide Recruiter to join our team at Serenity Hospice Care, a leading provider of hospice services in New Jersey. As a Hospice Home Health Aide Recruiter, you will play a vital role in our organization's mission to provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients and their families. This is a full-time opportunity, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, in-office only.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and retain highly skilled and compassionate Home Health Aides to join our team of healthcare professionals
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make recommendations for hire
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Collaborate with our HR team to ensure compliance with all recruitment and hiring regulations
- Participate in training and orientation programs to ensure new hires are equipped to provide exceptional patient care (As Needed)
- Develop and maintain relationships with local healthcare organizations and community partners to identify potential candidates
- Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions
