We are seeking an experienced High-Volume Recruiter for a 4-month contract opportunity. This position will manage full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment, partnering with hiring managers to meet seasonal and high-volume staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to build strong candidate pipelines.
- Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
- Extend offers and support compensation discussions within established guidelines.
- Assist with new-hire onboarding and orientation.
- Maintain accurate candidate information within the ATS.
- Track recruiting activity, hiring metrics, and pipeline performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, or related experience
- High-volume recruiting experience strongly preferred
- ATS experience required
- Strong sourcing, communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and hiring priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; HRIS experience preferred
