Health Services Recruiter/HR Liaison

Meadowood is seeking a dedicated, people-centric Recruiter & HR Liaison to champion recruitment, onboarding, and operational support for our vital Health Services departments. In this role, you will act as a trusted partner to department managers and your HR colleagues, directly influencing employee engagement, maintaining flawless operational records, and fostering a supportive, high-performing culture for our team. What You Will Do
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Drive the full talent acquisition lifecycle for Health Services, from initial candidate screening through seamless onboarding and orientation.
- Employee Experience: Partner with managers to champion employee engagement and retention initiatives, acting as a reliable, empathetic resource for internal and external stakeholders.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain accurate electronic employee records, manage data entry, and support scheduling, reporting, and payroll-related processes.
- Collaborative Support: Work cooperatively across the organization with employees, managers, applicants, residents, and families to foster a positive, respectful community atmosphere.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant recruiting or HR experience, OR a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. (An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered).
- Technical Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and electronic recordkeeping. Hands-on experience with an HRIS—** Ceridian Dayforce** is highly preferred—along with data entry and payroll workflows.
- Strong Communication: Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills built on a foundation of customer service and collaboration.
- Exceptional Judgment: Proven ability to manage competing priorities, handle interruptions gracefully, meet strict deadlines, and maintain strict confidentiality with integrity.
- Mission Alignment: A respectful, person-centered approach when interacting with residents, families, and older adults.
