About the Role

  • We are seeking an experienced Professional Recruiter to support end-to-end recruiting activities across a variety of professional positions, including Sales, Sales Support, Information Technology, Business Development, and Business Operations Support roles.
  • This individual will serve as a trusted recruiting partner to hiring managers and candidates, driving a high-quality candidate experience while helping meet evolving business hiring demands.
  • This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing recruiting team supporting a valued client relationship. While hiring volumes have been measured due to market conditions, demand continues to increase and future growth is anticipated. The recruiter will work closely with an established team and leadership to deliver exceptional recruiting support and hiring outcomes.
  • Additionally, the role requires access to reliable internet and the ability to manage all responsibilities from a home office.
  • The project hours of operations will be Monday – Friday, in which candidate must be available to work an 8-hour shift between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time
  • Contractors will be engaged and paid by a third-party payroll supplier, Artech, which will serve as the employer of record for tax and compliance purposes.
  • Key Responsibilities

Core Duties

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake through offer acceptance and onboarding support.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job requirements, candidate profiles, and recruitment strategies.
  • Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
  • Conduct candidate screening interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and overall fit.
  • Coordinate candidate scheduling and interview logistics with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Maintain proactive communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support hiring managers with candidate evaluation, interview feedback collection, and selection decisions.
  • Prepare and manage offers, negotiate terms when appropriate, and facilitate candidate closure activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key business stakeholders.
  • Ensure recruiting activities are documented accurately within applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools.

  • Timely delivery of qualified candidate pipelines across professional-level roles.
  • Consistent achievement of recruiting service-level expectations and hiring goals.
  • High-quality candidate experience throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
  • Strong partnership and communication with hiring managers and recruiting leadership.
  • Accurate reporting and maintenance of candidate data and recruiting activity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant recruiting experience.
  • Minimum 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting professional-level positions.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience recruiting for one or more of the following areas:
  • Sales
  • Sales Support
  • Information Technology
  • Business Development
  • Business Operations
  • Demonstrated experience with candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and candidate relationship management.
  • Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and conducting intake/requisition review meetings.
  • Proficiency using Workday or comparable applicant tracking systems.
  • Experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.

  • Proficiency with computers, including internet navigation, email, and data entry
  • Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Reliable internet connection capable of supporting internet‑based calls
  • Quiet, private remote work location
  • Experience recruiting within the financial services industry.
  • Knowledge of current talent market trends across professional and corporate functions.
  • Experience supporting remote and geographically dispersed hiring teams.
  • Proven ability to build long-term relationships with business leaders and candidates.
  • Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced recruiting environment.

  • Fully remote position with reliable high-speed internet and dedicated home office workspace required.
  • Must be available during client business hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST.

Compensation Disclosure

Compensation for contractor roles supporting Accenture is determined by the contractor’s employer Artech, and varies depending on factors such as location, role, skill set, and experience.

As required by law, below you’ll find the reasonable range of compensation Artech expects to pay for this role as set forth below.

We anticipate this contractor role will be posted until 9/30/2026.
