We are looking for an Entry Level Recruiter to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who has developed strong people skills through customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, front desk, or another customer-facing position and is ready to take on more responsibility in a professional office environment.
You do not need previous recruiting experience. We are looking for someone who communicates confidently, learns quickly, stays organized, and takes pride in representing a company professionally.
Compensation & Schedule
$45,000–$55,000 per year
Monday through Friday
8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, with some days extending until approximately 5:00 PM depending on business needs.
What You'll Do
As a Recruiter, you'll help identify, connect with, and move qualified candidates through our interview process.
- Review applications and resumes
- Reach out to prospective candidates by phone, text, and email
- Conduct initial candidate conversations
- Schedule and confirm interviews
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain organized and accurate candidate information
- Work closely with management on current hiring needs
- Create a positive and professional candidate experience
- Track daily and weekly recruiting activity and results

Customer-facing experience is strongly preferred. Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, sales, reception, administrative support, or similar roles can translate extremely well into recruiting.
Previous recruiting experience is not required.
