Job Description

Position Details:

Position: Human Resource Assistant

Duration: 3 months

Location: New York, NY - 10036

Job Summary:

• Supporting the learning & development agenda for our graduate programs, including vendor relationship & budget coordination, scoping of learning interventions, learning communications, coaching & enablement for specific programs and partnership with program managers to provide program aligned learning opportunities.

• Support and coordinate annual cyclical graduate & intern recruitment , partnering with the Graduate Recruitment team & program managers. Activities include creating external attraction campaigns, internal awareness building, marketing material design, and working on projects to align our brand activity.

• Supports and Coordinates for projects specific to one of our graduate programs or internships (business, sales, finance, technology) by partnering with the program manager. These can include business challenges, learning & development, program specific technical skills training, strategy analysis & development, graduate rotation & permanent role placement, intern coaching & management of operating rhythms.

• Provides analysis and research to the Early Careers team on thought leadership, insight into our long term strategy, and provides insight to us for shaping and delivering initiatives for all programs

• Provide administrative & coordination support across the early careers programs enabling flawless program & initiative execution.
