INFINITE ELEVATION GROUP is looking for an experienced Agency Recruiting Specialist to help grow our insurance sales organization. We're seeking someone with a proven background in recruiting full-commission insurance agents who understands how to identify top talent, build strong candidate relationships, and manage the hiring process from sourcing through onboarding. Responsibilities
- Source and attract qualified insurance professionals using multiple recruiting channels.
- Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with leadership.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Keep candidates engaged through consistent communication and timely follow-up.
- Track recruiting activities and maintain accurate candidate records.
- Support the onboarding process to help new hires get off to a successful start.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Required: Experience recruiting full-commission insurance agents.
- A strong understanding of recruiting for commission-based sales roles.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and follow-up skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple candidates and priorities.
- A self-motivated, results-driven approach to recruiting.
- Experience using online job boards and other recruiting tools.
