INFINITE ELEVATION GROUP is looking for an experienced Agency Recruiting Specialist to help grow our insurance sales organization. We're seeking someone with a proven background in recruiting full-commission insurance agents who understands how to identify top talent, build strong candidate relationships, and manage the hiring process from sourcing through onboarding. Responsibilities

Source and attract qualified insurance professionals using multiple recruiting channels.
Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with leadership.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
Keep candidates engaged through consistent communication and timely follow-up.
Track recruiting activities and maintain accurate candidate records.
Support the onboarding process to help new hires get off to a successful start.

Qualifications

Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
Required: Experience recruiting full-commission insurance agents.
A strong understanding of recruiting for commission-based sales roles.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and follow-up skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple candidates and priorities.
A self-motivated, results-driven approach to recruiting.
Experience using online job boards and other recruiting tools.
