About the Role

We are looking for a Recruiter to join our global Talent Acquisition team and support hiring across the Americas, with a primary focus on the US and LATAM markets.

This is a full-cycle recruiting role where you will partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders across different countries, cultures, and functions. You will act as a trusted Talent Partner, bringing strong market knowledge, sourcing expertise, and a thoughtful, data-driven approach to every search.

While the core focus of the role is end-to-end recruitment, depending on business priorities, you may also support the team in a dedicated Talent Sourcing capacity, focusing on proactive sourcing, talent mapping, market research, and pipeline development for critical or hard-to-fill positions.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end recruitment processes across the US and LATAM, from intake and sourcing strategy through offer negotiation and closing.
Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, define talent profiles, develop recruiting strategies, and drive effective hiring decisions.
Build and maintain strong pipelines through proactive sourcing, talent mapping, referrals, networking, and recruiting platforms.
Conduct candidate assessments and ensure a high-quality, inclusive, and engaging candidate experience throughout the process.
Provide hiring managers with market insights, talent intelligence, and recruiting expertise to support informed hiring decisions.
Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across different countries, cultures, functions, and levels of seniority.
Flex into a Talent Sourcer role when business needs require, supporting targeted sourcing and talent mapping initiatives for priority searches.
Collaborate with the global Talent Acquisition team to share best practices, market insights, and continuously improve recruiting processes.
Leverage recruiting technology, ATS/CRM platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools to improve efficiency and quality of hire.

Essential Requirements

4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within technology, SaaS, cybersecurity, communications, fintech, or another fast-paced industry.
Proven experience recruiting for the US market; LATAM recruiting experience is highly valued.
Fluent English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and business leaders.
Strong hands-on sourcing and talent mapping capabilities, including experience recruiting passive candidates.
Experience recruiting for technical and/or commercial roles.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures and geographies.
Highly adaptable and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
Strong candidate focus, business acumen, and ability to influence and advise hiring managers.
Experience using ATS/CRM platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern sourcing technologies.
A collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to a global Talent Acquisition team.
