Leads clinical recruiting for MRO's Curation Solutions business, overseeing the attraction, engagement, and hiring of credentialed healthcare professionals across multiple registry service lines. This role is responsible for developing clinical talent pipelines, executing cohort hiring strategies, and leading a team focused on meeting clinical workforce demands. This is a working leadership role. The Senior Manager carries an active requisition load, leading full-cycle recruitment for leadership, specialized, and business-critical clinical positions while providing day-to-day leadership, coaching, and development to the recruiting team. This role partners closely with Clinical Operations leaders and Talent Acquisition leadership to drive hiring results and ensure a consistent, high-quality recruiting approach across the business

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead clinical recruiting efforts across Curation Solutions service lines.
Develop and execute recruiting strategies for credentialed healthcare professionals.
Develop talent pipelines for specialized registry and abstraction professionals supporting hospital quality, accreditation, and regulatory reporting programs.
Partner with Clinical Operations leaders to forecast hiring needs and workforce plans.
Manage cohort-based hiring programs aligned with onboarding and training schedules.
Personally recruit for leadership, specialized, and hard-to-fill clinical positions.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters while driving performance and accountability.
Monitor recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, pipeline health, and offer acceptance rates.
Develop sourcing strategies and external partnerships to strengthen clinical talent pipelines.
Support recruiting operations, process improvements, ATS optimization, candidate experience initiatives, and onboarding coordination.

SKILLS | EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
7+ years of recruiting experience, including significant experience recruiting healthcare or clinical talent.
3+ years of people leadership experience.
Strong understanding of healthcare credentialing and clinical talent markets.
Experience recruiting clinical, coding, nursing, or other credentialed healthcare professionals preferred.
Experience supporting high-volume hiring environments required
Demonstrated player-coach leadership style with the ability to manage requisitions while leading a team.
Experience improving recruiting processes and driving operational excellence.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (iCIMS preferred), sourcing tools, and recruiting analytics.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.

Total Compensation
