We’re looking for a Real Estate Recruiting Director to help grow a thriving real estate organization in Columbia, South Carolina.

This is more than a recruiting role. You’ll be responsible for bringing great agents into the organization, helping them succeed, and building a culture where talented people want to stay and grow.

Responsibilities

Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective agents.
Recruit experienced and emerging real estate talent.
Lead recruiting conversations, interviews, and follow-up.
Build relationships with agents and become a trusted resource.
Help new agents get off to a strong start.
Coach agents and help them improve their production and profitability.
Track recruiting, retention, and productivity metrics.
Lead team meetings, training, and development initiatives.
Partner with leadership on growth strategies and business goals.
Help create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Identify and develop future leaders within the organization.

Qualifications

You’re a people-focused leader with a strong real estate background who enjoys both recruiting and developing others.

You bring

2–3+ years of real estate sales experience.
A proven track record of production and/or leadership.
Strong recruiting and relationship-building skills.
A natural ability to influence and connect with people.
Coaching and mentoring experience.
Confidence leading conversations and holding people accountable.
Strong business sense and comfort with performance metrics.
A high level of ownership, energy, and initiative.

Previous brokerage leadership or agent recruiting experience is a plus.
