At IUF, we value collaboration, innovation, data-informed strategy, and meaningful relationships. We’re committed to an inclusive workplace where people can grow, contribute their unique perspectives, and do purpose-driven work in support of IU today and for generations to come.

Job Description

There's never been a more exciting time to help build the teams behind Indiana University's future. The IU Foundation, the organization that raises and stewards philanthropic support for IU, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who wants to find and hire the people who make that work possible. You'll join a close-knit, highly collaborative recruiting team within a well-resourced HR & Culture team, with real opportunities to learn, grow, and invest in your own professional development.

This is a 100% full-cycle recruiting role, and you'll own the entire hiring process from end-to-end for every search you run — from opening the role to the final offer. That means getting curious about the work and the team, partnering with hiring leaders to understand deeply what they need, building a recruitment strategy, writing compelling job postings, proactively finding and engaging candidates, guiding both candidates and hiring managers through interviews, and helping close the offer for great hires. You'll have strong tools at your fingertips, including a LinkedIn Recruiter seat complete with its Hiring Assistant tool. But your most important job will be your ability to build relationships. We're looking for someone who asks great questions, communicates exceptionally well, follows through, and approaches recruiting with a customer-service mindset.

If you're the kind of recruiter who doesn't just want a job description handed to you but wants to understand the business behind it, we'd love to meet you. Our best recruiting partnerships are built on curiosity, trust, responsiveness, and a shared commitment to a great experience for candidates and hiring managers alike. You'll recruit across a wide variety of roles, become a trusted partner to leaders across IU's philanthropic and alumni engagement teams, and help shape the selection of the people behind work that truly matters. We're building what comes next for Indiana University, and you could be the person who helps us find the people to make it happen. Apply today!
