Overview

The Talent Acquisition Intern will support the HR team throughout the recruitment and hiring process. This internship provides hands-on exposure to recruiting operations, candidate coordination, and the overall hiring lifecycle while working closely with recruiters and hiring managers.

Job Responsibilities

Assist with posting and maintaining open positions across job boards and recruiting platforms.
Review resumes and applications to help identify qualified candidates.
Support candidate sourcing and outreach for open positions.
Coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
Communicate with candidates regarding interview scheduling, next steps, and required documentation.
Assist with reference checks and other pre-employment activities.
Support the preparation and organization of offer and new hire documentation.
Support Talent Acquisition reporting and special projects as needed.
Help ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Professional and comfortable communicating with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
Interest in Talent Acquisition, recruiting, and Human Resources.

SALARY: $18.00 per hour
