Duties
- Model humility, integrity, grit, adaptability, compliance, empathy, compliance, and excellence.
- Adhere to operational security guidelines and principles.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for intelligence and investigative skill sets.
- Proactively source, engage, assess, and attract candidates using targeted sourcing.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure all recruiting practices comply with OFCCP requirements and company policies.
- Track recruiting activity and prepare reports on pipelines, requisition status, and hiring progress.
- Perform other duties and support additional recruiting initiatives as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as multiple contest winner for a staffing company is highly preferred.
- Experience as a military recruiter is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or a related field.
