Job Description
The Workday Recruiting Technology Manager will be responsible for supporting the delivery, optimization, and maintenance of Workday Recruiting and its connected talent acquisition technologies, including Paradox and HiredScore, including configuration, reporting, projects, new releases, troubleshooting, and consulting for solutions that meet and optimize recruiting business needs. They will support continuous improvement, advise on new features, and execute system changes across the Workday TA Suite. In addition, this role may provide support to other Talent Solutions functions across various Workday HCM projects. They will collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Talent Solutions, Firm IT, Finance, BU leaders, and external vendors to ensure that recruiting technology platforms are aligned with business needs.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Configure and maintain Workday business processes, including notifications, condition rules, embedded analytics, sub-processes, documents, requests, and related configuration
- Lead Workday new release testing and coordinate evaluation and implementation of new features with Talent Solutions, Firm IT, Finance, People Operations, and other applicable stakeholders
- Build, revise, and test complex Workday reports to meet business requirements
- Build, revise, and test calculated fields needed for business processes, reporting, and system solutions
- Develop and support EIB and mass operations solutions for annual initiatives, large-scale changes, and other business needs
- Manage and maintain Workday configuration and support data integrity across assigned functional areas
- Support implementation of new Workday functionality, integrations, modules, and system enhancements, including evaluation of downstream impacts
- Document business requirements, solution designs, configuration decisions, and testing plans
- Continually partner with Talent Solutions teams to review business processes and identify opportunities to streamline and automate work through Workday configuration, reporting, business processes, notifications, integrations, or other functionality
- Lead and support Workday adoption items, including configuration changes, enhancements, reporting, and new functionality
- Lead and support projects and annual initiatives within Workday
- Research Workday functionality and best practices and recommend scalable technology solutions that address business needs
- Translate business requirements into effective Workday system solutions
- Manage Workday technology requests and priorities and provide appropriate project and request status updates
- Identify and address roadblocks affecting delivery of Workday enhancements and projects
- Help ensure consistent adoption of Workday processes and functionality across applicable teams and business units
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across Talent Solutions, Firm IT, Finance, business leaders, and other cross-functional partners
- Coordinate with internal and external technology partners as needed to support integrations and effective system functionality
- Support Talent Solutions projects, initiatives, reporting, training, documentation, and technical needs as appropriate

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of Workday HCM configuration experience
- Demonstrated experience configuring and supporting Workday business processes, reporting, and related functionality
- Experience leading Workday enhancements, projects, testing, or implementation activities
- Workday certification preferred or required based on organizational needs

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $95,500.00 - $194,500.00 per year.
