The Talent Acquisition team supports Walmart's corporate recruiting across portfolios such as Asset Protection, Centroid, Data Science, Realty, and Energy. Partnering with hiring managers, the team delivers strategic talent solutions by managing the full recruitment lifecycle. Utilizing data insights and innovative sourcing strategies, they attract qualified candidates while aligning talent plans with business needs. The team emphasizes continuous improvement through agile methods and technology to enhance processes and candidate experience. What you'll do
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, candidate profiles, and interview processes.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple requisitions, ensuring timely progress and quality candidate pipelines.
- Utilize ATS and CRM tools to track hiring metrics, maintain data accuracy, and report requisition status.
- Execute targeted sourcing strategies using various channels and maintain active candidate engagement.
- Coach interviewers on structured evaluation techniques and ensure timely, consistent feedback collection.
- Communicate proactively with candidates to deliver a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
- Facilitate offer negotiations and manage post-offer logistics to ensure smooth onboarding.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
