The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Lead- US Frontline is a leader in the US Frontline Talent Acquisition Service Delivery team. This role leads a sourcing team and will establish the sourcing talent strategy for US Frontline roles and delivering strategic insights to meet current and future hiring needs.
The TA Sourcing Lead, US Frontline, leads a team of sourcing specialists and partners closely with recruiters and US Frontline leadership to ensure successful hiring outcomes and robust talent pipelines. Agility, understanding of US Frontline talent markets, and a commitment to excellence are key to success in this role.
Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development Strategy
- Lead the Talent Sourcing Strategy for US Frontline to support the team in identifying passive talent using advanced sourcing tools and techniques.
- Collaborate with A&E to set performance expectations and success metrics for sourcing spend, ensuring job board investments are evidence‑based, outcome‑driven, and aligned to both BAU and surge hiring priorities.
- Define and oversee the US Frontline talent community strategy to support hard-to-fill roles across the US.
- Lead talent market research, analyzing trends, talent availability, and competitor landscapes.
- Generate talent maps and provide insights to Regional Talent Service Delivery, US Frontline
- Leverage diverse sourcing channels to uncover hidden talent pools.
- Utilize sourcing tools such as Boolean search, Indeed, and other relevant platforms.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Partner with US Frontline TA Leaders to understand role requirements and business priorities.
- Provide strategic sourcing insights, market trends, and best practices to internal stakeholders.
- Work closely with TA Attraction & Engagement to share signals on candidate pipeline health and developing robust Talent Community.
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with internal stakeholders and senior executives.
- Share updates, reports, and insights with US Frontline TA leadership team to support decision-making using standardized templates.
Process Excellence & Tools Optimization
- Ensure accurate and consistent use of ATS and CRM platforms.
- Consolidate sourcing insights and present pipeline health, market intelligence, and sourcing performance updates to US Frontline TA leadership. Implement best practices for sourcing strategies and talent mapping to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Adhere to US Frontline TA Service Delivery Team standards and contribute to process improvements
Sourcing Team Leadership & Capability Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Sourcing Specialists supporting US Frontline hiring.
- Set clear priorities and sourcing objectives aligned with US Frontline hiring strategy.
- Provide coaching on advanced sourcing techniques, market intelligence, and pipeline development.
- Monitor sourcing performance and pipeline health across the team and provide guidance where adjustments are needed.
- Promote knowledge sharing and sourcing best practices across the team.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Human Resources, Market Research).
- Frontline/High Volume Sourcing Expertise: 3+ years of experience sourcing for high volume roles, ideally Frontline talent, utilizing advanced sourcing strategies and methodologies.
- Talent Market Research & Mapping: Proven ability to conduct in-depth talent market research, analyze trends, and generate actionable insights to inform Frontline Talent strategies.
- Technology & Tools Proficiency: Expertise in sourcing tools and techniques, including Boolean search, Indeed, automation tools, and CRM/ATS platforms.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to engage with US Frontline TA Leadership, Attraction & Engagement team, and recruiters, providing strategic sourcing insights and maintaining strong relationships.
- Organizational & Multitasking Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment while ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in sourcing efforts.
- Communication & Influence: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and engage key stakeholders, including TA Leadership, HR, CoE leads, etc.
- Collaboration & Teamwork: Proven ability to work effectively in a global team, fostering inclusivity, shared accountability, and cross-cultural collaboration.
- Results-Driven & Process-Oriented: Strong sense of urgency and accountability in delivering high-quality Frontline talent while adhering to global sourcing standards.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Preferred Qualifications
- Frontline Sourcing Experience: Prior experience leading a sourcing team in RPO or company comprising of Frontline workforce.
- Market Intelligence Expertise: Familiarity with talent markets, trends, and competitive landscape.
