Position: University & Early Careers Recruiter
Location: Nashua, NH or Etters, PA
Amphenol High Speed Products Group is the market leader for high speed, high bandwidth electrical connectors for the Telecom/Datacom market (Mobile Networks, Storage, Servers, Routers, Switches, etc.). Our products help enable the electronics revolution and remain a key enabler for major Tier 1 OEMs globally. We are seeking a University & Early Careers Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Nashua, NH or Etters, PA.
This recruiter will build and scale Amphenol's early careers talent pipeline, with primary responsibility for university recruiting, internships, co-ops, and entry-level hiring. The role will partner closely with site HR teams, business leaders, hiring managers, and universities to identify emerging engineering and business talent and create a strong candidate experience from first engagement through onboarding.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute university recruiting strategies that align with business hiring needs and long-term workforce planning.
- Build and manage relationships with targeted colleges, universities, faculty, career centers, student organizations, and relevant external partners.
- Plan and represent Amphenol at campus career fairs, information sessions, technical events, classroom presentations, networking events, and other university recruiting activities. Travel to universities across the United States and Canada is required.
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for internships, co-ops, new graduate, and other entry-level positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and candidate communication.
- Partner with hiring managers to define early-career talent needs, develop interview plans, and ensure timely, consistent selection decisions.
- Partner with site HR team members to manage and continuously improve the multi-site summer internship program, including intern communications, manager resources, events, feedback collection, and conversion planning for future full-time opportunities.
- Help build and expand Amphenol's co-op program, including university partnerships, program structure, candidate outreach, and coordination with participating sites and hiring managers.
- Create engaging outreach and employer-brand content that communicates Amphenol's technology, career paths, culture, and development opportunities to students and early-career candidates.
- Use applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn, university recruiting platforms, and other channels to build diverse early-career talent pipelines and maintain accurate recruiting records.
- Track and analyze early-career recruiting metrics, including event outcomes, source effectiveness, candidate conversion, offer acceptance, internship conversion, and hiring manager feedback.
- Coordinate closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, onboarding, and business leaders to deliver a seamless candidate and new-hire experience.
- Support additional recruiting initiatives and special projects as business needs evolve.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree required.
- At least 2 years of recruiting, campus recruiting, university relations, talent acquisition, or closely related experience preferred.
- Experience recruiting for engineering, technical, manufacturing, or other STEM-related roles is strongly preferred.
- Experience planning campus events, managing university partnerships, internships, co-ops, or early-career programs is preferred.
- Experience using an applicant tracking system, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing or university recruiting platforms is preferred.
- Ability to travel regularly to colleges, universities, and recruiting events across the United States and Canada, including occasional evening events.

- Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to engage students, faculty, hiring managers, and senior leaders.
- Ability to manage multiple recruiting priorities, events, and projects while maintaining strong organization and follow-through.
- A proactive, creative approach to talent outreach, candidate engagement, and problem solving.
- Strong judgment and a customer-focused mindset, with a high sense of ownership for candidate and hiring-manager experience.
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization and collaborate across teams.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
