We are undergoing a massive growth spurt and are looking for someone who is excited about the sourcing domain and has a passion for engaging top talent as we continue to expand our Physical AI footprint
Build and manage high-quality pipelines for technical roles across autonomy, ML/AI, embedded systems, and software engineering
Develop creative, research-driven sourcing and talent mapping strategies to find top passive talent
Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand what “great” looks like for each role
Collaborate with full-cycle recruiters to ensure a top-notch, seamless candidate experience for top industry talent
Leverage data and market research to continuously refine sourcing strategies as the industry continues to evolve

Has previous agency experience in sales, recruiting, sourcing or other related fields
Experience in autonomous vehicles and enterprise software recruiting is a plus!
Has strong organizational skills
Has 2+ years in technical sourcing at a reputable software company
Bachelor’s degree
Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
Is able to build rapport with candidates and employees
