What the job involves
- Headway’s Talent team is hiring a Contract Technical Sourcer to help us find and engage exceptional technology talent for our fast-growing teams
- In this role, you’ll lean on trusted sourcing techniques and creative strategies to uncover talent beyond the obvious channels
- You’ll know how to navigate niche communities, leverage referrals, and craft compelling outreach that stands out in crowded inboxes
- You’ll also partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to calibrate profiles and ensure a seamless candidate experience from the very first interaction
- This role is mission-critical as we build the team that will power Headway’s next stage of growth
- Source top talent for technical roles (primarily Engineering) using both proven methods and creative approaches to engage hard-to-reach candidates
- Leverage tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, and Ashby while also tapping into talent communities, competitor mapping, referrals, and other advanced sourcing channels
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to refine sourcing strategies, share market insights, and build diverse, high-quality pipelines
- Conduct initial screens to assess talent and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
