Description

This candidate will be the primary recruiter for the company – taking the lead in finding talent that fits with our company's culture and needs.

Responsibilities

Using online and in-person events and opportunities to find candidates that fit the company's needs
Have the drive, ambition, and plans to implement overall recruiting strategies, reflecting company priorities and recruiting best practices
Promote the company's employee referral program internally and train others on effective networking and recruiting techniques
Promote the company's benefits externally, building company recognition around the area and within the industry
Work with hiring managers to determine job requirements and qualities of an ideal candidate
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
Prepare and post job listings through current applicant tracking software (ATS)
Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting and retention metrics to company leadership
Organize new employee onboarding and onboard new employees
Extend offers of employment following company procedures and manage the job offer, including any negotiations and administration
Act as a point of contact and build relationships with potential candidates
Manage current applicant tracking system
Screen candidates resumes and job applications for suitability
Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate suitability
Write and edit posts for social media to promote company, job postings, benefits, etc.
Develop content for social media and other marketing assets/documentation
Optimize content for search engine optimization (SEO) and AI-powered search using performance insights and established practices
Monitor content performance, search visibility, and engagement metrics to identify optimization opportunities
Organize company events to promote company, recruit potential employees, and/or increase employee morale

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting
Experience in content marketing, digital marketing, communications, or related
Ability to think critically and work independently
Strong planning and organizational skills
Strong decision-making skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to clearly present recommendations and ideas
Ability to create content for websites, social media, and other digital marketing channels

Preferred Skills

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or technical degree
Experience with applicant tracking systems
Experience with human resources (HR) duties, responsibilities, and best practices
Familiar with the industry and area
Application of SEO fundamentals and interest in AI-powered search and content optimization
