Position Summary
The Talent Strategy Program Partner partners with Talent Strategy leadership to develop, manage, and continuously improve enterprise talent programs and initiatives. This role translates broader talent priorities into practical programs, partnerships, pilots, resources, and scalable solutions that support current and future workforce needs.
The Program Partner serves as a primary connector between the Talent Strategy team and internal and external stakeholders, helping coordinate enterprise programs, vendor relationships, partnerships, and emerging talent initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Talent Strategy leadership to translate talent priorities into enterprise programs and initiatives.
- Own and manage assigned talent programs from development through implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
- Serve as a key liaison between Talent Strategy and HR, Operations, Talent Acquisition, vendors, community partners, educational institutions, and other stakeholders.
- Manage external vendors, partnerships, and relationships connected to Talent Strategy programs.
- Develop pilots and new approaches to address workforce and talent opportunities.
- Establish program processes, tools, resources, communication, and governance to support consistent execution.
- Gather feedback and evaluate program effectiveness, adoption, outcomes, and opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with Talent Analytics & Insights to establish meaningful program measures and reporting.
- Identify opportunities to scale successful programs across the organization.
- Provide direction and oversight for designated Talent Strategy programs and supporting resources.
Role Focus
The Talent Strategy Program Partner is primarily focused on enterprise talent programs, partnerships, vendors, pilots, and program strategy.
This role turns Talent Strategy priorities into programs that can be implemented, measured, improved, and scaled.
