As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Talent Acquisition/HR Support person who will help attract, identify, and support the kind of people who thrive in our culture and help move our company forward.
Position Overview
As a Talent Acquisition/HR Support person, you will serve as a strategic partner to our leadership team, responsible for attracting, identifying, and securing top talent across the organization. This role goes beyond filling open positions. We are looking for someone who understands the importance of culture, values, and long-term fit and who is passionate about building strong teams that support our growth.
In addition to talent acquisition, you will provide HR support throughout the employee lifecycle, helping create an exceptional candidate and employee experience from first contact through onboarding and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the full talent acquisition process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offers, and onboarding
Identify candidates who align with Davis & Green's culture and core values, not just technical qualifications
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Partner with managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies
Promote and strengthen the Davis & Green employer brand throughout the hiring process
Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience at every stage
Maintain applicant tracking systems, recruiting metrics, and candidate records
Coordinate and facilitate onboarding for new team members
Support employee records, HR documentation, and compliance initiatives
Assist with employee training, certifications, licensing, and benefits administration
Contribute to employee engagement and retention efforts
Help protect and strengthen the culture that makes Davis & Green a great place to work
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, human resources, or a related field
Construction, trades, home services, or similar industry experience preferred
Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
Ability to evaluate candidates for both skill and cultural alignment
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Experience with applicant tracking systems, HR software, and Microsoft Office
High level of professionalism, discretion, and accountability
Self-motivated and driven to continuously improve processes and results
