Job Description
INTEGRITYOne Partners is seeking a motivated, resourceful, and self-starting Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing People Operations team. This role is responsible for full-cycle recruiting activities supporting current program needs, strategic growth initiatives, and proposal efforts within the federal government contracting space. This person will report directly to the Manager of People Operations.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships with technical professionals, and can effectively partner with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent. This individual will play a key role in supporting IOP's continued growth by identifying exceptional candidates, delivering a positive candidate experience, and helping build high-performing teams that support mission-critical government programs.
Location This position is remote; however, candidates located in Maryland, Washington, D.C., or Virginia are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Technical Recruitment
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and professional positions, from requisition intake through offer acceptance and pre-onboarding.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring priorities, technical requirements, and workforce planning needs.
- Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, and overall fit.
- Coordinate and facilitate interviews while ensuring efficient and positive candidate experience.
Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain pipelines of cleared technical talent for current and future hiring needs.
- Proactively engage passive candidates and cultivate long-term relationships within targeted talent communities.
- Leverage LinkedIn, JazzHR, professional networks, employee referrals, and other creative sourcing channels to identify qualified cleared talent.
Recruiting Operations & Process Improvement
- Maintain accurate candidate records, recruiting activity, and hiring metrics within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Support the development and refinement of the recruiting processes, workflows, and documentation to drive efficiency and consistency.
- Draft and update job descriptions that align with position requirements and federal contract needs.
- Monitor recruiting metrics and provide insights on sourcing effectiveness, hiring trends, and process improvements to leadership team.
Business Growth Support
- Partner with leadership to support proposal recruitment efforts and identify contingent candidates for upcoming opportunities.
- Assist with workforce planning activities for new programs, contract transitions, and growth initiatives.
- Identify, engage, and maintain relationships with contingent candidates to support proposal submissions, anticipated contract awards, and future staffing needs.
- Stay informed on market trends, compensation considerations, security clearance requirements, and emerging recruiting best practices within the federal contracting industry.
People Operations Support
- Provide support to the People Operations team with onboarding, employee communications, and other people-related initiatives as needed.
- Assist with onboarding and new hire administrative processes, including coordination of required documentation and pre-employment activities.
- Support the coordination of People Operations projects, programs, and administrative activities as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 4-6 years of technical recruiting in the federal government contracting space.
- Experience recruiting technical roles such as DevSecOps, software development, cloud, data analytics, digital modernization, engineering, and IT operations.
- Familiarity with talent-acquisition best practices in a high-growth environment.
- Knowledge of federal government contracting and security clearance processes preferred.
- Knowledge of recruiting and employment requirements within the federal government contracting environment.
- Experience managing ATS platforms (preferably JazzHR), sourcing tools, and recruiting technologies to manage candidate pipelines and hiring activity.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple requisitions while meeting hiring timelines.
Salary range: $75,000-$85,000
