What You'll Do

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for nursing, clinical, leadership, and ancillary positions across multiple skilled nursing facilities.
  • Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
  • Conduct phone screens and initial candidate assessments.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and maintain consistent communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Build strong partnerships with facility leadership to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
  • Create compelling job advertisements and ensure postings remain current and optimized.
  • Represent the organization at job fairs, career events, and community recruiting initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and applicant tracking system documentation.
  • Monitor recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, candidate pipeline, and hiring trends.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience; healthcare recruiting experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience recruiting for skilled nursing, long-term care, assisted living, or post-acute healthcare is a significant plus.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and online recruiting platforms.
  • Strong interviewing, sourcing, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple openings while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
