The Ford Agency is working with a prominent Bethesda-based professional services firm to recruit for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The Specialist will provide support across all full lifecycle recruiting and staffing-related activities. The ideal candidate will have strong recruiting or talent acquisition experience with demonstrated working knowledge of HR databases, ATS, and CMS. This is a great opportunity for someone with at least 2 years of recruiting experience to join a collaborative team! This is a 6-month temporary role, with strong potential to become a permanent position, and is available immediately.
Responsibilities Include
- Collaborate with hiring managers to build recruiting strategies and candidate pipelines
- Full lifecycle recruiting for a broad range of positions within the professional services arena including: identifying talent, first-tier screening, coordinating with hiring managers to schedule interviews, and managing interview, offer, and onboarding process
- Collaborate with other recruiting team members for best talent acquisition strategies
- Assist with human resources-related projects
Qualifications Include
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years recruiting / talent acquisition experience
- Familiarity with HR Databases, ATS, and CMS, and experience with online search resources
- Experience in building recruiting processes a plus
- Outstanding logistic and coordinating skills with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
Compensation
- $25-$35/hr
Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
