The Talent Acquisition Specialist – Sales is mainly responsible for the recruiting sales consultants to join the organization. This individual will act as a consultant to hiring managers on sourcing candidates, interviewing, and negotiating offers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a network by identifying successful sales consultants within an assigned territory.
  • Develops a profile of prospective sales consultants within an assigned territory.
  • Assesses competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends; identifying opportunities.
  • Prequalify/interview, sell value proposition, and manage the talent acquisition process.
  • Evaluates talent acquisition techniques by determining the effectiveness of each recruitment technique used by the Sales team, Field Recruitment team, and Local Market.
  • Develop partnering relationships with local market and field recruiters to maximize recruitment efforts and develop sourcing strategies.
  • Maintains recruiting operations by following policies and procedures.
  • Improves quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; implementing changes.
  • Accomplishes department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different request; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Qualifications:

  • The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 – 3 years of recruiting or inside sales experience.
  • Proven success in recruiting in home improvement, retail, or construction environment.
  • Computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
  • Ability to cope with pressure and multitask.
