Location: Av. Hidalgo #2404, Colonia Obispado (Torre TOP), Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Work Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote
- Minimum 3 years of experience (preferably with operations in LATAM)
- University Degree
- Experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Proficiency in sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn and social media platforms, for candidate identification.
- Experience with ATS Oracle or similar recruitment software for efficient process management.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and process optimization.
- Fluency in English for effective communication with candidates and stakeholders.
- Advantageous experience in sourcing operations profiles, demonstrating industry understanding.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a track record of finding creative solutions.
- Passion for talent acquisition and a commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
