Job Summary

iCare Health Network (IHN) is seeking a talented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Manchester, Connecticut. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for utilizing our Applicant Tracking System to screen and recruit new hires for our facilities. Responsibilities

Utilize Applicant Tracking System to screen and recruit new hires for the facility
Conduct phone interviews and applicant screenings
Monitor facility Master Schedule to manage open positions
Communicate with facilities to provide updates on hires and positions
Provide feedback to Recruitment Team on hiring activity
May require assisting HR and HR Staff Assistant with new hire orientation and all onboarding documents
Responsible for data entering candidate activity in the applicant tracking system

Qualifications

At least one year's experience working in the recruitment field, required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, required
Exceptional customer service skills, both in person and over the phone, required
Ability to maintain effective working relationships with company managers and staff, required
Ability to maintain confidential information, required
Experience with recruiting in the health care industry preferred, but not required
Experience using an Applicant Tracking System and social media for recruitment preferred, but not required
