As a Talent Acquisition Specialist 2, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles within the organization. This mid-level position requires a seasoned recruiter with a proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Provide guidance and consultation with hiring managers and peers.
  • Source and attract high-quality candidates through diverse channels, including advanced search techniques and passive candidate engagement.
  • Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and values fit.
  • Provide guidance and recommendations to hiring managers throughout the selection process.
  • Coordinate and facilitate all aspects of the interview process, including candidate travel and interview scheduling.
  • Negotiate job offers and manage the offer process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment metrics.
  • Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s market presence.
  • Identify job fairs and other recruitment events to develop staffing plans for assigned areas of focus.
  • Manage budget for recruitment initiatives
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Professional certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
  • Experience with advanced sourcing techniques and tools.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
