WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own recruitment from sourcing to hiring
- Find candidates for difficult-to-fill positions
- Proactively source through job boards, social media, referrals, and other channels
- Screen and interview candidates
- Work directly with managers to understand hiring needs
- Manage multiple openings and keep pipelines moving
- Recommend qualified candidates and help close the hire
- Continuously improve our recruiting process

- Proven recruiting / Talent Acquisition experience
- Strong sourcing skills not just job posting
- Comfortable recruiting both professional and operational roles
- Fast, organized, and proactive
- Strong judgment and communication skills
- Someone who takes ownership of results
