Status: Full Time

Shift: Normally 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday

Location: Chapel Hill Corporate Office, Greensburg

What will I do as an employee with Redstone?

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, supporting the Redstone mission will include the following responsibilities:

  • Candidate ManagementSourcing
  • Proactively finding candidates via social media, online platforms, and creative advertising (fliers, mailers, etc.).
  • Building long-term talent pipelines by networking with schools, universities, and professional associations.
  • Representing the company at career fairs and community events.
  • The InterviewSelection Process
  • Conducting initial interviews to vet candidates' skills, history, and salary expectations.
  • Scheduling interviews with managers and keeping the process moving.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for applicants, providing status updates, and delivering both job offers and rejection notices.
  • AdministrativeStrategic Support
  • Maintaining the Applicant Tracking System, posting jobs, and ensuring all data is accurate.
  • Guiding hiring managers through the recruitment process and following up after interviews.
  • Monitoring vacancies and providing weekly progress reports to the organization.

What do I need for this role with Redstone?

  • Bachelor's degree
  • One (1) Year of recruitment experience helpful.
  • Ability to to learn HRIS and ATS systems.
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
