We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who is passionate about connecting exceptional people with meaningful opportunities. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping our workforce. From developing recruiting strategies to guiding candidates through the hiring process, you will own the full lifecycle of recruitment for our entry-level and middle market producer roles.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and execute all phases of the recruitment process
  • Partner with managers to create accurate and compelling job descriptions
  • Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent
  • Manage job postings and advertisements
  • Screen applicants and identify strong candidates
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring teams
  • Support salary recommendations, offer packages, and onboarding details
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment regulations
  • Represent the company at job fairs and recruiting events
  • Perform other HR and talent‑related duties as assigned

What You Bring

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organization, time‑management, and follow‑through abilities
  • Ability to work independently, proactively, and with initiative
  • Deep understanding of recruiting best practices and workforce trends
  • Experience with applicant-tracking systems and HR technologies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience (required)
  • Prior Insurance Industry recruitment experience (required)
  • 5+ years full‑cycle recruiting experience (highly preferred)
  • SHRM‑CP/SHRM‑SCP certification (preferred)
  • SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential (a plus)

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to perform essential job functions and maintain regular, punctual attendance.
  • Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly via phone.
