- Sploot Veterinary Care is introducing a brand new approach to veterinary care in the form of Urgent & Primary Care Clinics, and we’re looking for a ROCKSTAR entry-level high-volume Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and help us provide the ABSOLUTE BEST medical care to our patients
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume, hourly roles, balancing speed, quality, and candidate experience across multiple openings
- Conduct thorough screening and interviews of potential candidates to evaluate their skills, experience, and cultural fit for high-volume roles
- Prepare and extend employment offers, clearly communicate compensation and benefits, and support candidate negotiations to ensure a positive, transparent hiring experience
- Collaborate with operations leaders to understand specific talent requirements and recruitment goals
- Develop comprehensive sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified veterinary professionals through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and direct sourcing techniques
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing them with guidance, support, and information throughout the recruitment process
- Manage candidate pipelines and track recruitment activities using our applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure timely and efficient progress
- Support the planning and execution of recruitment events
- Stay informed about industry trends, market insights, and best practices in veterinary recruitment to remain competitive and innovative in talent acquisition efforts
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics, including candidate sourcing, pipeline status, and time-to-fill, to stakeholders and management

- You are an energetic professional with at least two years of high-volume talent acquisition experience
- You have strong presentation and communication skills
- Previous experience with veterinary recruiting
- Experience recruiting in a startup environment
- Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS
