Missions/Main Duties

Talent Acquisition Specialist – Bilingual

  • Manage the entire recruitment cycle
  • Build strong relationships with managers: understand their hiring needs, act as a strategic partner, work with them to create compelling job descriptions, and follow up regularly
  • Source talent like an in-house headhunter: identify and engage with top performers while providing them with a first-rate candidate experience
  • Ensure a fair and comprehensive evaluation of candidates to present the most suitable profiles to managers: analyze resumes, pre-screen candidates, and provide support during the selection process
  • Skillfully navigate talent search and management tools, both within and outside the company: LinkedIn, internal software, social media, etc.
  • Negotiate and present job offers and finalize agreements with selected candidates, working closely with your colleagues in Human Resources

Profile/Skills

  • You have more than 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, including at least 3 years of recruitment experience in the rail, construction, or engineering sectors
  • You hold a bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, or the equivalent
  • You are dynamic, creative, passionate, and solution-oriented
  • With strong skills in evaluating candidates, you demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • You are comfortable using Microsoft Office
