Job Purpose

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies to attract, assess, and hire high-quality candidates who meet the organization's current and future workforce requirements. The role partners with hiring managers to provide strategic recruitment support, build talent pipelines, enhance employer branding, and ensure an efficient, compliant, and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans aligned with the organization's business objectives and workforce plans.

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical, niche, and hard-to-fill positions to ensure a continuous supply of qualified candidates.

  • Conduct talent mapping and competitor analysis to identify high-potential candidates and understand talent availability within the industry.

  • Perform labor market research, including salary benchmarking, hiring trends, and availability of specialized skills, to support informed recruitment decisions.

  • Develop targeted sourcing strategies for technical, operational, professional, and leadership positions using a variety of sourcing channels.

  • Identify and engage passive candidates through networking, social media platforms, professional associations, and direct sourcing techniques.

  • Collaborate closely with the Organization Development team to understand workforce plans and future hiring requirements and align talent acquisition activities accordingly.

  • Build succession and talent pipelines for business-critical positions in support of organizational continuity and growth.

  • Executes the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions, including job requisition processing, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, offer preparation, and hiring documentation.

  • Maintains talent pipelines and recruitment tracking systems, ensuring candidate information is accurate, complete, and compliant with company standards.

  • Monitors recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate quality, and provides reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Coordinates with HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers, HR Operations, and Payroll to facilitate a smooth and timely onboarding process for selected candidates.

  • Continuously enhances the recruitment process to improve efficiency, candidate experience, and time-to-hire metrics.

  • Implements and manages Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and leverages digital tools for sourcing and candidate assessment.

  • Office-based work with occasional travel for meetings, training, or company events, as required.

Qualifications

Job Qualifications And Requirements

Experience & Qualification

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition roles, with exposure to both corporate and field hiring.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment technologies (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.), and employment branding.

  • Ability to manage multiple high-volume hiring campaigns and senior-level searches.
