How You Will Make an Impact
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple technical and professional positions across a variety of client accounts, utilizing innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent in competitive markets.
- Develop and execute sourcing plans by leveraging networking, referrals, job boards, social media, market research, Boolean searches, talent communities, and direct outreach.
- Conduct detailed candidate screenings and interviews to evaluate technical skills, experience, career objectives, motivations, and overall fit.
- Manage recruitment activities through the entire hiring lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and candidate onboarding.
- Partner closely with account managers, sales teams, hiring managers, and clients to understand hiring needs, timelines, and business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for frequently requested and hard-to-fill technical skillsets.
- Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through strategic talent mapping and market intelligence.
- Maintain accurate candidate and requisition records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure data integrity throughout the recruiting process.
- Analyze recruiting metrics and pipeline activity to provide data-driven updates, insights, and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with recruiting team members to share sourcing strategies, market trends, and candidate intelligence.
- Build long-term relationships with candidates and serve as a trusted career advisor throughout their job search process.
- Support diversity recruiting initiatives by implementing sourcing strategies that attract talent from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
What You Will Need to Succeed
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within a staffing agency or RPO.
- 4+ years of experience sourcing and recruiting technical talent, including IT, software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, cloud, ERP, engineering, or related skill sets.
- Demonstrated success managing multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
- Experience supporting contingent, contract, and contract-to-hire recruiting engagements.
- Strong sourcing experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media platforms, referrals, networking, and advanced Boolean search techniques.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting CRM platforms; Bullhorn experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of technical terminology, technologies, and industry trends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze recruiting metrics and leverage data to influence hiring decisions and recruiting strategies.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands, deadlines, and requisitions.
- Proven ability to identify, engage, and convert passive candidates into active talent pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and comfort working in a rapidly changing environment.
- High attention to detail, sense of urgency, and commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively while also operating independently in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.
