Overview (English)

SodaStream, a part of PepsiCo, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our TA team at SodaStream’s headquarters in Kfar Saba.

In this role, you will take full ownership of the recruitment for our HQ functions, partnering closely with business leaders to attract and hire top talent across a variety of domains including Marketing, Finance, Commercial, IT,
E-commerce, and more.

As a trusted partner to the business, you will lead end-to-end recruitment processes, playing a key role in shaping hiring strategies, building strong talent pipelines, and delivering an outstanding candidate experience for the next generation of SodaStream “Streamers”.

This role requires a proactive and strategic mindset, with the ability to influence stakeholders, identify the best talent in the market, and continuously improve recruitment practices. You will also play an active role in strengthening SodaStream’s employer brand and elevating our recruitment impact globally.

The recruitment cycle will be fully end-to-end, including partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements and talent profiles, developing creative sourcing strategies, managing high-quality selection processes, and supporting the successful onboarding of new hires.


Responsibilities (English)

• Own and lead the full recruitment lifecycle for HQ positions, ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the process.
• Act as a strategic talent partner to hiring managers, advising on hiring strategy, talent availability, and market insights.
• Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and provide professional HR assessments to ensure strong hiring decisions and cultural alignment with SodaStream.
• Manage and coordinate the recruitment process including sourcing, interviews, reference checks, and offer management.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experience.
• Partner with the global TA team and actively contribute to elevating recruitment practices across the organization.
• Support and facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring new Streamers start their journey with an exceptional experience.


Qualifications (English)

• Minimum 5 years of Talent Acquisition experience in a global organization.
• Strong sourcing capabilities and proven ability to attract high-quality talent.
• Experience conducting in-depth behavioral interviews and providing comprehensive HR assessments – must.
• Experience working with social media sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Facebook – must.
• Experience in Employer Branding – a significant advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong partnerships with stakeholders across the organization.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural, and global environment.
• Self-driven, independent, results-oriented, and highly detail-oriented.
• Passion for the Talent Acquisition world.
• High level of English (written and verbal) – must.
