Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to support hiring across Liberty Mutual Insurance’s Office of the CFO (Finance, Risk & Actuarial), as well as Enterprise Strategy and Innovation (CS&R, Solaria Labs, Venture Capital and LMG Alignment) and manage full-cycle recruitment for experienced hires across all. This individual will be a trusted partner to hiring leaders, responsible for building and executing search strategies, sourcing top talent, and guiding candidates and stakeholders through every stage of the hiring process. This role will report to the Director of Talent Attraction & Acquisition for the Office of the CFO and Enterprise Strategy & Innovation.
The ideal candidate brings a strong search background, ideally with experience recruiting across finance, risk, actuarial, enterprise strategy, or related financial services markets. We are looking for a candidate who can be a true thought partner and talent acquisition professional with deep market knowledge, strong stakeholder management skills, and a proactive, ownership-oriented mindset. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic advisor to hiring managers on talent market conditions, compensation trends, and competitive hiring practices
- Leverage search expertise and market knowledge to identify top talent across finance, risk, actuarial and enterprise strategy and innovation.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand role requirements, team needs and hiring priorities.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding coordination.
- Develop and execute tailored sourcing and search strategies to identify high-quality candidates across active and passive markets.
- Contribute to building a strong Talent Attraction & Acquisition function that supports the long-term success of our respective businesses.
- Conduct candidate screenings, assess qualifications and fit, and ensure strong candidate experience throughout the process.
- Bring a clear point of view to recruiting conversations and help shape hiring decisions with market insight and best practices.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback loops, references, offers, and closing efforts with urgency and professionalism.
- Track search progress and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Help establish and refine recruiting processes, tools, and best practices for a growing organization.
- Act as a brand ambassador, communicating the firm’s mission, culture, and opportunity to prospective candidates.

Qualifications
- Strong sourcing, market mapping and candidate assessment skills, with demonstrated success proactively building pipelines and managing full-cycle recruiting across active and passive talent markets.
- Demonstrated ability to act as a consultative, strategic thought partner to business leaders and hiring managers, with deep market knowledge and a clear point of view on talent strategy and hiring decisions.
- Highly proactive and ownership-oriented, with a bias toward action, urgency and the ability to drive search strategies independently.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build trust and influence across candidates, hiring leaders and the broader organization.
- Ability to balance strategic advising with hands-on execution, delivering high-quality results in a collaborative, business-minded manner focused on long-term success.
- Experience establishing recruiting processes and best practices that improve operational effectiveness in a growing organization.
- Strong judgment, integrity and discretion, with close attention to detail.
- Comfortable with sourcing tools and ATS systems; demonstrates strong AI literacy and uses AI-enabled tools to enhance speed, accuracy and insight generation while maintaining sound judgment and compliance with governance standards.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, with 3-5 years of proven experience in search and talent acquisition and a strong track record of recruiting top talent in a financial services environment.
