We are looking for a Talent Operations Coordinator to help enable Anduril's Talent Acquisition (TA) team to scale effectively. As a member of the TA Operations team, you will support data integrity and day-to-day system upkeep across our TA tech stack (including Greenhouse and ChartHop), serving as a first line of support for TA team stakeholders with questions or issues.
This role sits at the heart of a large, rapidly scaling recruiting team, giving you outsized impact on the smooth day-to-day operations of TA. You'll get hands-on exposure to a wide range of TA tools, systems, and processes, with the opportunity to learn quickly and grow within Talent Operations. We're looking for someone detail-oriented and customer-focused who enjoys helping others, stays organized amid a lot of moving pieces, and is excited to build a foundation for a career in TA Ops.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Support data cleanliness across the TA tech stack:
  • Assist with regular audits of Greenhouse and ChartHop data
  • Flag data discrepancies and partner with stakeholders to get them corrected
  • Help maintain documentation on data entry standards and processes
  • Answer questions and support stakeholders:
  • Serve as a first point of contact for TA team questions on Greenhouse, ChartHop, ContactOut, TextExpander, and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Troubleshoot common issues, escalating more complex or technical issues to senior TA Ops team members
  • Help field and triage requests coming through the TA ticketing system / Slack channels
  • Support systems operations:
  • Help manage user access and basic account administration across TA tools
  • Own regular workflows across systems, such as processing backfills, resolving system integration errors, and other recurring data/system maintenance tasks
  • Additional projects, documentation, and tool exploration as needed â there's always something new to learn!

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced Talent Acquisition, HR, or Operations function (Recruiting Coordinator experience a plus)
  • Experience using an ATS (Greenhouse preferred) or similar HR/recruiting systems
  • Customer-service mentality: enjoys working with stakeholders to solve problems and answer questions
  • Detail-oriented: strong attention to accuracy and consistency, especially with recruiting and headcount data
  • Communicative: clear, proactive communication with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Organized and action-oriented: able to juggle multiple requests and follow through on the details
  • Eager to learn: comfortable in an undefined, fast-changing environment, and motivated to grow within Talent Operations
  • Self-sufficient problem-solver who also knows when to ask for help or escalate

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience using a headcount management tool or HRIS (ChartHop or Workday preferred)

US Salary Range

$68,000—$80,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
