Position: Talent Acquisition Manager
Location: Nashua, NH or Etters, PA
Amphenol High Speed Products Group is the market leader for high speed, high bandwidth electrical connectors for the Telecom/Datacom market (Mobile Networks, Storage, Servers, Routers, Switches, etc.). Our products help enable the electronics revolution and remain a key enabler for major Tier 1 OEMs globally. We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team in Nashua, NH or Etters, PA.
The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead a team of recruiters and oversee the delivery of full-cycle recruiting across assigned business units and functions. This player-coach leader will build strong hiring-manager partnerships, establish clear operating discipline, use data to improve results, and directly lead critical or complex searches. The role will partner closely with business leaders, HR, onboarding, and the broader Talent Acquisition team to deliver timely, high-quality hiring and a strong candidate experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, coach, develop, and hold accountable a small team of recruiters; establish clear priorities, workload balance, performance expectations, and development plans.
- Oversee end-to-end recruiting delivery for assigned business units and functions, including requisition intake, sourcing, screening, candidate presentation, interviews, offers, and handoff to onboarding.
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs, set realistic search plans and timelines, and proactively address hiring risks, priorities, and bottlenecks.
- Directly manage a portfolio of critical, senior-level, confidential, or otherwise complex searches as business needs require.
- Build and maintain proactive pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill technical, engineering, manufacturing, sales, and leadership roles.
- Use recruiting metrics and pipeline data to monitor performance, workload, time to fill, source effectiveness, offer outcomes, and candidate experience; communicate trends and recommendations to leadership.
- Drive consistent recruiting standards, including job-related interview practices, accurate ATS documentation, timely candidate communication, and disciplined disposition and approval processes.
- Coach recruiters on candidate assessment, market intelligence, compensation conversations, offer strategy, stakeholder management, and escalation of immigration, compliance, compensation, and process risks.
- Partner with HR, compensation, onboarding, and business leadership on hiring plans, offer recommendations, candidate issues, and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Develop and improve sourcing strategies, recruiter tools, employer-brand messaging, talent communities, and recruiting workflows to increase speed, quality, and scalability.
- Support recruiting for new locations, growth initiatives, and other special projects as business needs evolve.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree required.
- At least 7 years of progressive talent acquisition or full-cycle recruiting experience, including experience recruiting for technical, engineering, manufacturing, or other specialized professional roles.
- At least 2 years of people leadership, team lead, or demonstrated coaching and mentoring responsibility within a recruiting organization preferred.
- Experience partnering directly with senior leaders and hiring managers in a fast-paced, high-growth, or decentralized business environment preferred.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, recruiting analytics, and modern sourcing tools required.
- Experience supporting multi-site or geographically dispersed hiring teams preferred.

- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities, shifting demand, and complex stakeholder relationships.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort using recruiting data to identify trends, drive decisions, and improve performance.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
