Position Title: Talent Acquisition Intern – Remote & Part Time
Reports To: Talent Management Coordinator

Broad Function: The Recruiting Intern will primarily provide support through email communication, and our recruiting/Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and attend video calls as needed.

What You’ll Do

The Recruiting Intern will primarily provide support through email communication and our recruiting/Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Responsibilities may include:

  • Assist with candidate communications throughout the recruiting process.
  • Monitor and respond to recruiting-related emails using provided guidance and templates.
  • Review applications and assist with organizing candidate information within the recruiting platform.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and update applicant statuses within the ATS.
  • Assist with posting and maintaining open positions.
  • Conduct basic candidate searches and recruitment research as assigned.
  • Provide administrative support related to recruiting projects, reports, documentation, and hiring initiatives.
  • Communicate professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Follow established processes while recognizing when questions or concerns should be escalated.
  • Support additional Talent Acquisition and administrative projects as needed when onboarding hires.

Education: High School Diploma
Experience: Minimum of two years’ experience in customer service, administrative support, office support, or a similar environment.
