Who You Are

You're the person who turns chaos into a checklist. When three initiatives overlap in the same week, you don't wait to be told which one matters — you ask the right questions, align the room, and build the plan. You see a recurring fire drill and think about the process fix that prevents the next one, not just the workaround that gets through today.

You're comfortable being the connective tissue between strategy and execution: translating a leader's vision into a structured plan, translating a stakeholder's frustration into a clear ask, and translating a messy, undocumented process into something repeatable. You bring rigor to ambiguity, and you're just as comfortable running a project plan for a plant staffing transition as you are writing the policy that keeps the next one from being chaotic.

If you're energized by building the operating system behind a growing Talent Acquisition function — the standards, the communication rhythms, the change management — and you want to do it in an industry that protects the food supply, we want to talk to you.

The Talent acquisition Enablement Analyst is the enablement engine behind a growing, transforming Talent Acquisition function — building the structure, standards, and change management that let TA and HR leadership move fast without moving recklessly. Job duties include but are not limited to the following:

  • Tactical Project Management: Own recruiting-related initiatives end to end — including new plant staffing ramp-ups and lost plant transitions — mapping out sequencing, resourcing, and timelines without a pre-set script, and building the stakeholder communication cadences that keep high-stakes, time-sensitive efforts on track.
  • Process & Policy Standardization: Define what a standardized process should look like — not filling out a template someone else designed, but authoring the policy itself — turning inconsistent or undocumented TA processes into clear, repeatable, scalable policies and playbooks that get applied across 250+ plants organization-wide.
  • Change Management: Design the change management strategy itself — what to communicate, to whom, and in what sequence — for new processes, tools, or organizational shifts within TA, anticipating resistance and building the adoption plans that land with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the connective layer between TA leadership and Ops, HR, Safety, Compliance, and plant operations — providing consultation and judgment on what matters (not a lookup-table answer) when translating one side's constraints into the other's language, and choosing what gets prioritized and how it's communicated when multiple requests land in the same week.
  • Enablement for Ops Recruiting: Partner closely with the Ops Recruiting team and leader to absorb process and project execution work, freeing that team to focus on team development, culture, and future-state design rather than tactical firefighting.
  • Leadership Capacity Support: Investigate and resolve matters of significance on management's behalf — rather than escalating every judgment call upward — taking ownership of the operational and tactical initiatives that would otherwise consume TA leadership's time and allowing leadership to focus on strategy, technology transformation, and the initiatives that move the needle most.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify gaps in current TA workflows and take the initiative to design and implement fixes, rather than simply escalating problems — frequently building the standard from scratch where no established manual or procedure yet exists.
  • Special Projects: Contribute to experimental or exploratory initiatives — new processes, tools, or organizational designs — as assigned by leadership.

YOUR MUST HAVES

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects or initiatives with overlapping deadlines and multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong process design skills — the ability to take an undocumented, inconsistent process and turn it into a clear, repeatable standard.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for executive, HR, and operational audiences.
  • Demonstrated change management experience — building adoption plans, communication rhythms, and stakeholder buy-in for new processes or tools.
  • Comfort operating with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-moving, transforming organization.
  • A systems mindset: you'd rather design the system than repeat the manual work.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational and follow-through skills.
  • Ability to build trust and influence across teams without direct authority.

WHAT WE PREFER YOU HAVE

  • 3 or more years of experience in project management, HR/TA operations, or process improvement.
  • Experience supporting multi-site or plant-based staffing initiatives.
  • Formal project management or change management certification (e.g., PMP, Prosci/ADKAR) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with HRIS/ATS platforms and recruiting workflows.
  • Comfort using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) to accelerate documentation, communication drafting, or workflow design.
  • A track record of turning a chaotic or undocumented process into a durable, scalable standard.

OUR ENVIRONMENT

This is a fully remote role, with occasional travel to Corporate Headquarters or plant locations to support staffing transitions and stakeholder collaboration (estimated 10-25%). The position requires sitting for extended periods of time while working on a computer.
