Position: Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Schedule: Office-based with travel to assigned facilities as needed

We are looking for someone passionate about senior living and recruiting who can help cultivate relationships and build strong talent pipelines throughout the Fox Valley Region.

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support recruiting efforts across multiple Eden Senior Care facilities throughout the Fox Valley Region. The region includes 12 Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing facilities across Fond du Lac, Oshkosh, Omro, Ripon, Appleton, and Green Bay.

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will not be responsible for all 12 facilities at the same time. Instead, they will typically support approximately 2-4 facilities at a time, providing supplemental recruiting assistance when facilities are experiencing a high volume of openings or critical staffing needs.

This is primarily an office-based role located at Eden Vista Oshkosh, with the expectation that the Talent Acquisition Coordinator will travel to and visit the facilities they are supporting as needed.

The ideal candidate will have experience as an agency recruiter, staffing coordinator, healthcare recruiter, or similar recruiting role, particularly within Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Homecare, or another healthcare environment. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be sales-oriented, high-energy, and optimistic, with the ability to connect with a wide variety of people and identify candidates who align with the organization's culture and staffing needs.

Fox Valley Region

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator may provide recruiting support to facilities in the following communities:

  • Fond du Lac - 2 facilities
  • Oshkosh - 4 facilities
  • Omro - 1 facility
  • Ripon - 2 facilities
  • Appleton - 1 facility
  • Green Bay - 2 facilities

Responsibilities

  • Source and screen applicants for open positions across assigned facilities, ensuring candidates meet the needs of each center in terms of qualifications, skills, and culture.
  • Provide supplemental recruiting support to approximately 2-4 facilities at a time based on staffing needs and volume of openings.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future roles within the organization.
  • Serve as a recruiting ambassador throughout the full recruitment, onboarding, and retention process.
  • Partner with facility leadership and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
  • Participate in and strategize with retention committees to generate new ideas for retaining current employees.
  • Coordinate and cultivate relationships with trade schools, local businesses, technical schools, high schools, community colleges, vocational schools, and other community organizations.
  • Use various recruitment techniques and consistently bring new ideas to stay ahead of recruitment trends within the healthcare and senior living industry.
  • Generate a diverse candidate population through job boards, membership organizations, personal networking, referrals, social media, and other sourcing channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contacts at target schools, programs, community organizations, and other talent sources.
  • Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about Eden Senior Care, available positions, and the values and culture of the assigned facilities.
  • Proactively build ongoing pipelines of qualified candidates for critical and repeat positions to ensure future talent needs are met.
  • Develop candidate talent pipelines through sourcing channels, recruitment campaigns, networking groups, social media, referrals, and advertising.
  • Assist with managing and growing Eden Senior Care's employment brand and recruiting presence across social media channels.
  • Attend local job fairs, school career events, community events, and state conferences representing Eden Senior Care.
  • Travel to assigned facilities within the Fox Valley Region to provide recruiting support, attend hiring events, build relationships with facility leadership, and support staffing initiatives as needed.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting activity records within the Applicant Tracking System and other recruiting tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of recruiting experience, preferably recruiting skilled trades or technical talent through trade schools, technical schools, community colleges, vocational high schools, or similar talent sources.
  • Experience in healthcare, senior living, Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Homecare, staffing, or agency recruiting is preferred.
  • Experience with both candidate recruitment and the business development side of the recruiting desk is preferred.
  • Desire to constantly interact and communicate with a variety of personalities while maintaining strong working relationships with candidates, hiring managers, clients, school contacts, and community partners.
  • Strong Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
  • Technology savvy, including experience with social media and career websites.
  • Experience with Workday or other Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
  • Exceptional time management, organizational, and communication skills required.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information is essential.
  • Ability and willingness to travel to assigned Eden Senior Care facilities throughout the Fox Valley Region as needed.
