About This Role
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides operational and administrative support to the recruiting team. This role ensures an efficient hiring process by coordinating interviews, maintaining recruiting systems, communicating with candidates, and supporting onboarding activities. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator, reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition + Employee Experience and plays a key role in delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you'll have the opportunity to influence the growth and success of the organization by attracting top talent across a diverse range of roles, including CDL drivers, technicians, operations personnel, and corporate professionals. You'll work closely with leaders across the company, help shape our employment brand, and contribute to initiatives that improve the employee and candidate experience.

Responsibilities
Recruiting Coordination
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Coordinate job fairs, hiring events, and recruiting activities.
- Assist recruiters with requisition management and candidate communications.
- Manage interview calendars and meeting logistics.
Candidate Experience
- Serve as a primary point of contact throughout the hiring process.
- Communicate interview schedules, next steps, and onboarding information.
- Ensure timely responses to candidate inquiries.
ATS Administration
- Maintain applicant tracking system records.
- Post positions to job boards and company career sites.
- Generate recruiting reports and hiring activity metrics.
- Ensure candidate information is accurate and complete.
Onboarding Support
- Coordinate pre-employment requirements.
- Assist with background checks, drug screenings, and employment verification activities.
- Support new hire onboarding and orientation scheduling.
Administrative Support
- Prepare offer letters and hiring documentation.
- Track and manage recruiting expenses and vendor invoices.
- Assist with employment branding projects and marketing initiatives.
- Assist with new hire documents as needed.
- Assist with formatting all job descriptions and postings.
- Partner with marketing team on management of employee or previous employee reviews.
- Special projects as assigned.
Requirements
Travel
- Occasional travel to company locations throughout the region, if needed.
- Attend local job fairs on a weekly or monthly basis depending on business needs.
Experience
- 1-3 years of administrative, HR, recruiting, or customer service experience.
- Experience supporting recruiting or HR functions preferred.
- Experience with Paycor, ClearCo, or similar systems preferred.
- Experience coordinating multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
Skills
